About the Hermannsdaltinden hike
The Hermannsdaltinden hike is a very long hike that requires more endurance, packing and planning before setting out on the hike. On the way to the top you will get many beautiful viewpoints of the best nature has to offer. The hike is not necessarily very technically demanding, but since it is so long, it is therefore suitable for the more experienced and active hikers. Hermannsdalstinden is Lofoten’s third highest peak, just behind Higravtinden and Geitgaljen. If you want to camp overnight, you will find several spots along the trails that are well suited for it.
Be aware that although the maps are based on GPS tracks, the intention is still just to provide the starting point and approximate direction of the trip, and do not take into account exact positioning. The accuracy of maps and GPS can also vary slightly.
